Ensure alignment with Creative team and Production, and brief digital deliverables for all campaigns.</li><li>Key day to day contact for regional teams working on digital platforms as well as agencies in APAC. Partner with regional teams to execute effective localised plans and ensure global coordination.</li><li>Key day to day contact for the Ecommerce &amp; CRM team, aligning digital product pushes with commercial focuses and needs</li><li>Working closely with the Partnerships &amp; VIP team on the brand Influencer &amp; KOL strategy ensuring social relevancy and alignment with the brand.</li><li>Oversee editorial strategy and timely updates to About Us <a href="http://www.alexandermcqueen.com" target="_blank">www.alexandermcqueen.com</a>. Oversees our digital marketing strategy. Provides trends, positions the brand in various channels and proposes innovative strategies to advertise the product.

We are looking for a Stock Controller/Store Operations Associate for our store in KuwaitThe Alexander McQueen Stock Controller/Store Operations Associate will work closely with the Store Operations Manager , supporting to ensure the stores are operating efficiently and effectively while staying in line with Company policies and guidelines.The Store Stock Controller/Operations Associate will be able to take the initiative in thinking about what the business needs and successfully support to implement projects, supporting the retail function, ensuring that store locations are maintained to the highest levels and that the brand image is consistently represented by the in-store environment. Taking responsibility for the correct handling of goods in store and care of the product and compliance with KPIs, guidelines and company procedures.Key Accountabilities Retail Operations:<ul><li>Follow the company polices, procedures and guidelines and ensure the store compliance</li><li>Carries out regular instore checks and audits to ensure store teams are following set policies and procedures</li><li>Supports the  on-boarding of new team members ensuring they receive sufficient information about store operations policies and guidelines</li><li>Liaises with external parties to ensure required permits or documentation are in order</li><li>Support the Operations Manager and/or Store Manager on Fire Safety &amp; Health &amp; Safety procedures are in place and followed</li><li>Supports the setup of in store events to ensure successful execution  </li><li>Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines</li><li>Ensure the day-to-day management of goods receipt, storage in line with company procedures and prepares the products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas optimizing the timing efficiency</li><li>Ensure that shop-to-shop and returns transfers are compliant with company guidelines and timeline</li></ul>Store Maintenance<ul><li>Manages cleaning companies used for store</li><li>Support the manager with the management of contractors in store, ensuring a thorough job is completed</li><li>Acts on store emergencies to ensure repairs and service are executed in a timely manner</li><li>Liaises with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues where necessary</li><li>Acts as first point of contact for all store operational issues, escalating to Store Operations Manager or Store Manager where needed</li><li>Responsible for supporting to see through the after sales process and ensuring store team and clients are updated</li><li>Ensures that staff uniforms are ordered and distributed in a timely manner</li><li>Ensures back of house standards are maintained to enable the best client experience</li><li>Ensure that Client Advisers are regularly trained and aware of BOH organization and the importance of stock care</li></ul>Stock &amp; Inventory:<ul><li>Prepares for and plans out the inventory checks across all stores</li><li>Supports stores with inventory checks and reconciliations</li><li>Supports stores leading into preparation for sale and the transfer out of sale</li><li>Responsible for managing in store damaged stock</li><li>Monitors and follows up on negative-on-hand and outstanding consignments</li><li>Co-ordinates and monitors the various cycle counts as per the company guidelines and policies</li><li>Provides training and guidance to the store teams to minimise stock loss and damages</li><li>Manage the flow of OMNI orders making sure to guarantee the required service levels.</li><li>Manage correct flow of adjustments</li><li>Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced</li><li>Responsible for achieving Operation KPI’s and be client minded to support the overall store performance</li><li>Monitor in-transit and when needed liaise with relevant departments.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Supplies<ul><li>Manage and organize packaging and stationary physically and on the IT system.</li><li>Evaluates shipping suppliers and couriers to ensure most efficient and cost-effective service is in place</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Consistently provide highest level of professionalism in all behaviours including communication and team work in line with the House Code of Behaviours</li><li>Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues.</li><li>Provide high quality relevant feedback to the managers</li><li>Work with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented collaborative, available and versatile approach.</li></ul>Key Requirements <ul><li>You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviours </li><li>Previous experience of retail operations and helping a retail business operate efficiently</li><li>Ability to be flexible with regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts</li><li>Highly organized and have strong attention to detail</li><li>Highly motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Successful performance record and a demonstrated ability to deliver retail excellence</li><li>Ability to quickly establish strong credibility with team members and external resources</li><li>The ability, drive and desire to deliver outstanding results</li><li>Sound analytical and organisational skills</li><li>Fluent in English, other languages a plus</li></ul>Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce. The Role The McQueen Part Time Retail Associate will be a passionate brand ambassador and dedicated team player, transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience.How Will You Contribute?<ul><li>Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of McQueen history and heritage</li><li>Engage with clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed.
