Job Description We are currently seeking a dynamic Client Care Advisor to join our EMEA Client Care team in Milan.This role is about ensuring all client inquiries are addressed across channels, providing the best experience, supporting both online and in-store operations and ensuring a seamless interaction with the brand.How you will contribute?<ul><li>Be a Brand Ambassador</li></ul><ul><li>Support the department with clienteling activities ensuring customer engagement</li><li>Offer personalized recommendations based on client preferences. Enhance the client experience and satisfaction, by staying fully informed and consistently updated on product details, brand information, collections, procedures and processes across channels</li><li>Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions of customer issues, creating a positive and lasting brand impression</li></ul><ul><li>Key Tasks</li></ul><ul><li>Promptly handle inbound calls, emails, live chats and social media messages</li><li>Assist with the online, stores operations and omnichannel services</li><li>Make sure client data is accurately collected and regularly updated in the system</li><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints</li><li>Provide support on after-sales services</li></ul>Who you are                                                                                           <ul><li>Mastering French, Italian and English (oral and written)</li><li>Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry is a plus</li><li>Client-centric</li><li>Problem-solving</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Proficient in computer systems and great familiarity with IT tools</li></ul>

Proficiency in another language is preferred.</li><li>Fluent use of Power Point and Excel.</li><li>Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).</li><li>Ability and genuine interest in working effectively in team, with different departments, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of Bottega Veneta&#39;s brand values.</li></ul>

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Paris Faubourg Saint-Honoré.Your opportunity <ul><li>Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target </li><li>Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy </li><li>Mentor,  motivate and retain  the staff in store, building teamwork </li><li>Support staff optimization vs business needs </li><li>Monitor the efficient of the clienteling tools </li><li>Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures </li><li>Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services </li><li>Contribute to build effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers </li><li>Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards </li></ul>Who you are <ul><li>Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation </li><li>Proven experience of about 2 years in managerial role </li><li>Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams </li><li>Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team </li><li>Strong communication skills and team-player mentality </li><li>Fluent in French and in English</li></ul>
