Press, Celebrity &amp; Influence Coordinator, AmericasBASE SALARY - $70,000-$80,000 per yearLocation:New York, USAReporting:Press, Celebrity &amp; Influence Senior Manager, AmericasYour main mission is the following:Operational Missions:Successfully execute Boucheron PR, Influence and Celebrity strategy in time and budget, following guidance and objectives set by Press, Celebrity &amp; Influence Senior Manager. Organize and deliver agreed on collaborations with press, influencers and celebrities, including perfect management of logistics and monitoring of activities and impacts. Act as key Boucheron contact for the organization and delivery of collaborations.Public Relations:<ul><li>Align with Senior Manager on concrete delivery of PR strategies and corresponding timeline to be able to deliver it smoothly, in time and in budget</li><li>Follow up with media relations to organize shootings, share press releases or any relevant content; manage press stock with operations to ensure smooth delivery</li><li>Support House growth in preparing all product launches and store opening activities: contribute to the organization and the on-site delivery of activities, contribute to relevant brainstorming</li><li>Support the E-PR strategy in local and international activations, red carpets, and key moments: monitor loans, organize security before/after event, prepare celebrity dressing, contribute to fitting</li><li>Consolidate PR performance on DMR platform and monthly reports for Senior Manager</li></ul>Celebrity &amp; Influence Marketing:<ul><li>Deploy the agreed on Celebrity and influence strategy for the Americas Region, based on local roadmap</li><li>Follow up with identified high-profile influencers and brand ambassadors to organize product placement and track collaborations</li><li>Track and consolidate the performance of influencer partnerships and campaigns, in a format accelerating decision making for management (e.g. insights and recommendations for improvement)</li><li>Under the supervision of Senior Manager, organize end to end Boucheron’s presence in all key events and ceremonies (e.g. Awards season) including security, piece availability, fitting/dressing, follow ups with stylist or agent, travel, and results</li><li>Follow up on all local content production (Magazines Collaboration and Owned brand content based on local activities) </li></ul>Analytics, Control and Cost:<ul><li>Keep track of all collaborations (press, celebrities, influence) with logistics aspects, KPIs and results</li><li>Monitor costs and regularly report on timeline and budget management</li><li>Monthly Stock take and Showroom management</li><li>Monthly Expenses follow up and submission to Manager </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master is a plus</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR and partnerships, in the luxury sector</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build sustainable relationships with all types of profiles, externally and internally</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Capacity to prioritize tasks and ask for manager’s support when needed</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously, adapt quickly and meet deadlines</li><li>Curious, connected, and pro-active</li><li>Detail oriented and well prepared</li><li>Good team player</li><li>Fluent English, French will be a plus</li></ul>

Description:Reporting directly to the Global Omnichannel and Client Development Director, and part of the Commercial team that supports our retail network, the CRM and Client Development Manager will be responsible for managing our prospect customer relationship management (PCRM) eco-system and defining and developing client strategies to enhance engagement, transformation and retention.You will work in an international context supporting our different markets and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that both retail and client needs are met.Key Responsabilities:CRM Management:Partner with IT to oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM ecosystem:<ul><li>Develop the retail tools and needed to support data capture and clienteling.</li><li>Collect feedback from markets and conduct benchmarks to determine and prioritize roadmap.</li><li>Develop training material to ensure understanding and adoption.</li><li>Develop equivalent system in China Mainland adapting to local needs.</li></ul>Client development and activation:<ul><li>Develop and execute client engagement strategies to increase transformation and retention.</li><li>Define activation and contact strategy through campaigns/different channels/journeys through Salesforce.</li><li>Develop VIC care guidelines for instore events/animations and gifting.</li></ul>Data Analysis:<ul><li>Ensure Data quality of our database and analytics tools.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of client data and engagement metrics to derive actionable insights.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Data Privacy Compliance:<ul><li>Partner with legal and IT teams to ensure that all CRM practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.</li></ul>Team development:<ul><li>Manage and develop team of 5 people and animate/coordinate the community of CRM teams in the different countries.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in CRM management and client development (minimum 10 years), preferably in luxury and/or jewelry in a global context, experience with Asian market.</li><li>Strong project management skills and experience, ability to understand and express business needs to IT.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CDP).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute client engagement initiatives successfully.</li><li>Team management experience.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, structured with attention to detail.</li><li>Fluent in English and French a plus.</li></ul>We believe in diversity in all its forms.
