<p><b><i><span>Your opportunity</span></i></b></p><p>We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our DoDo boutique located in Milano Rinascente.</p><p></p><p><b><i><span>How you will contribute</span></i></b></p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the end result of maximizing sales.</p><p>The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout.</p><p></p><p><b><i><span>Who you are </span></i></b></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in the position, gained in a very customer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; story-telling abilities</p></li><li><p>Strong dexterity and creativity, in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience</p></li><li><p>Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English. <p><b>Your opportunity</b></p><p>As a DoDo Jewellery Design Intern, you will be part of our Creative Team, contributing to the development of our jewellery collection.</p><p></p><p><b>How you will contribute</b></p><ul><li><p>Innovative Design: Propose fresh and creative concepts for new jewellery collections, aligning with DoDo&#39;s creative vision.</p></li><li><p>Inspiration Research: Dive into books, vintage samples, fairs, and online sources to gather inspiration.</p></li><li><p>Moodboards Creation: Develop moodboards that capture the essence of different concepts and lines within the collection.</p></li><li><p>Idea Representation: Bring your ideas to life through sketches, mockup models, 2d renders and other visual representations.</p></li><li><p>Graphic Support: Assist in creating graphic materials for meetings and presentations.</p></li><li><p>Sustainable Materials Research: Explore new materials with a focus on sustainability.</p></li><li><p>Archiving: Organize and archive past collection drawings and research materials.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><p>Educational Background: Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Jewellery or Fashion Design, with a specialization in jewellery or accessories design.</p><p>Jewellery Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewellery materials, history and techniques.</p><p>Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work in team.</p><p>Creative &amp; Proactive: Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a creative mindset.</p><p>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Good hand drawing skills are essential. <p><b>Your opportunity</b></p><p>The After Sales Intern will be involved in post-sales support, with a strong focus on data analysis to improve processes, resolve customer issues, and optimize operations for a better customer experience. The ideal candidate has an analytical approach, attention to detail, and proficiency in analytical tools.</p><p></p><p><b>How you will contribute</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Post-Sales Data Analysis: </b>collect and analyze data related to post-sales performance (customer feedback, complaints, returns) and create reports and dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b>After Sales Service Optimization: </b>collaborate with the team to develop solutions for recurring issues reported by customers. Support the team in process improvements by proposing changes based on the analyzed data. Use predictive analytics techniques to anticipate potential issues and address them before they become critical.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Post-Sales Operations Support: </b>Handle post-sales support requests, ensuring they are resolved within the set timeframes. Interact with other departments (e.g., logistics, technical, IT, custmer services etc.) to resolve more complex issues.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Reporting and Presentations: </b>Prepare weekly and monthly reports on post-sales performance. Provide in-depth analysis and suggest improvements at the product or service level.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Collaboration and Development: </b>Support the team in the continuous improvement of post-sales processes.
