    Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Store Management: Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique customer experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales team. For the customer, this is the visible face of the brand. Sub-Job Family Description - Store Manager: Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique customer experience and that business goals are achieved by effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and our company values at all times.

    MAIN PURPOSE
    The Boutique Director is the ultimate Boucheron brand ambassador, keeping brand image and standards in mind as a constant priority. As the Ambassador of Maison, He/She is responsible of the development and optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by managing of the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service. He/she also helps to drive the company standard of the ultimate luxury experience for all clients and ensures the boutique is represented with in highest standards of image, service, and leadership. The Boutique Director is also the primary business owner, driving and maximizing boutique sales volume and profitability while ensuring operational integrity. He/She assumes full responsibility for operational compliance and team understanding of BOUCHERON guiding principles. Represent the Brand inside and outside of the Boutique.
    He/She will actively take leadership as a member of the Directors Committee on the management strategy of the company or important matters in the company.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Leading and coaching Team management and people development
    - Communicate, federate, and motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison and their group and individual implication
    - Give a guide and coach to the boutique management team
    - Recruit boutique staff and ensures an efficient integration
    - Reporting to the CEO


    Boutique Performance & Sales achievement
    - Make a diagnosis based on a solid performance analysis, review of competencies and environment and define dynamic annual action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets
    - Guarantee the implementation and regular monitoring of the action plans and amends modifications if necessary
    - Optimize boutique performance and profitability
    - Monitor boutique KPIs


    Planning and budgeting
    - Responsible for planning and achieving the missions of boutique target align with the financial goals.
    - Define and coordinate the annual strategic plan together with Retail Director and headquarter.
    - Develop short- and long- term plans and budgets, monitor their progress, assure adherence, and evaluate their performance.
    - In align with the plans, monitor, and implement the methods to approach.


    Boutique Operations & Administration
    - Is responsible for the respect of the Company and Maison policies, procedures, and guidelines
    - Ensure that all visual directives are respected and executed (cleanness, merchandising, team grooming)
    - Supervise the boutique back office and administration
    - Oversee the boutique maintenance
    Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
    - Conduct a unique and high professional client service within the boutique
    - Is responsible for developing the customer database, recruit new clients and build loyalty with repeaters
    - Lead the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions
    - Act as an Ambassador of the Maison and build direct contact with VICs


    Team management
    - Lead a boutique management team and provide a coach to develop for developing and implementation individual development plan.
    - Monitoring each staff’s monthly objectives and achievement and take necessary actions together with management team when it needed.
    - Is responsible for the overall training and development of Sales Associates and
    review their performance (coaching, one to one)
    - Cooperate with headquarter teams to have the sales activities validated.

    - Strong numerical and analytical skills
    - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work with people of different cultures
    - In depth knowledge of latest industrial trend and market information with interest of brand strategy
    - Proactive mindset with hands-on and open-minded attitude
    - Ability to bring new ideas with creative mindset
    - Experience in management and leadership skill
    - Business level English (French skill preferred)
    - PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    - Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
    - Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
