    Your opportunity

    We are currently seeking a APAC Senior Process Specialist - R2R Interco who will report to the Process Owner APAC as part of our dynamic team in Malaysia. As part of the Kering Group’s global finance SSC transformation program, This role is responsible to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting by analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing and executing automation, standardization, and other optimization strategies across the entire financial closing process.. He/She is aligned to specific data objects within the R2R process for APAC countries. This roles supports the R2R end to end process within Kering Group, ensuring its quality and effectiveness. The role ensures that data validation, data entry, data quality, reporting and analysis are in place and managed in accordance with defined data standards and operating procedures. This includes ensuring all necessary master data is available, accurate and compliant and providing regular and timely reporting to support as to enable improved performance, compliance and cost reduction.

    How you will contribute

    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for related data objects, their standards, policies and processes
    • Deliver services at expected levels with a clear customer focus
    • Deliver quality and productivity targets as well as contribute to the achievement of internal control, accounting standards , compliance & performance as per defined SLAs
    • Interact proactively with all functional areas of the Kering Group of entities to ensure appropriate R2R activities are accomplished
    • Drive the intercompany reconciliation to automate all IC related postings
    • Drive the process for any APAC countries of E-invoicing implementation / enhancements
    • Assist to align with global intercompany process standardization & harmonization
    • Proactively challenge the status quo and comes up with making fact-based recommendations to drive continuous improvement
    • Escalate data issues (process and/or technical) and conduct data impact assessments to ensure data quality is maintained to agreed standards.
    • Work in conjunction with technical teams to resolve any technical related issue that affects system integrity and processes

    Who you are

    Technical skills and experiences:

    • Fluent in English both written and spoken, excellent communication skills
    • Other languages are a plus
    • 2-4 years of relevant experience, with good functional exposure to R2R processes from a finance master data management perspective
    • Experience working in Record to Report or Intercompany role
    • O2C experience is a plus
    • Finance Master data concept knowledge and master data application set up.
    • SAP knowledge: experience with SAP ECC and Business Warehouse. Familiarization with SAP Master Data Governance, CAR process and accounting regulations
    • Conceptual thinking and ability to align specific functional requirements with the overall MDM strategy
    • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable person and familiar working under pressure;
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national organization
    • Previous experience working in projects to drive performance improvements Soft skills
