    How you will contribute

    Macro Objectives

    • As part of the global finance SSC transformation program, lead  R2R team the re-design of R2R processes. Ensure that countries local legal requirements and processes are identified and included in the transformation scope.

    • Leading the R2R team to become the custodians of best practices and processes and extending their expertise to other Shared Services in APAC countries.

    • Streamline current practices, particular focus on process automation to deliver quality and accelerated closing process on month/year end.

    Sub-Objectives

    • Lead the accounting team to perform month end and year end closing with strong controllership.

    • Drive cross-team understanding of new Accounting Standards, apply and train technical principles to develop the team.

    • Streamline current practices/ process to deliver quality and accelerated closing process on month end, year end and statutory reporting (include financial and tax audit and reporting, intercompany)

      • Drive cross-team collaboration on aligning & facilitating the end to end process (i.e. P2P , countries finance , O2C , SAP technical team , APAC COE)

      • To drive the takeover of countries R2R process, leading & managing the expectations of stakeholders with the aim of driving to global core process.

    • Supported the revised Service Level Agreement (SLA) detailing scope, expected KPIs and target unit cost. Monitor this SLA at least quarterly and design and implement action plan to reach and maintain service level.

    • Support the roll out the internal controls framework (COSO) policies and processes, ensuring that control objectives are identified and that corresponding controls are designed, executed, documented and reviewed across each assigned market.

    • Active involvement is required on ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives and/or Kering Group’s transformation projects.

    Long-Term Strategic Objectives

    • Leveraging on the new processes and the additional technology, implement continuous accounting & fast-close.

    Who you are

    • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, and/or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.

    • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, including previous Big 4 experience.

    • Regional experience is a plus.

    • Deep knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.

    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to multi-task, flexibility to reprioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment and see responsibilities to completion under strict deadlines.

    • High level of communication skills, can structure and present highly complex data succinctly, and ability to influence people not reporting to this position.

    • Must be able to collaborate and build positive relationships with other teams within Finance and other departments outside Finance to effectively make recommendations, implement process improvements, etc.

    • Excellent Excel and SAP ERP skills and the ability to manipulate large amounts of data

    • Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Analytical, continuous learner, creative thinker

    • Strong leader, with initiative and effective decision-making skills

    • Attention to details and strong organizational skills
