How you will contribute

Responsible for administration procurement and supplier management, including office stationery, meeting room booking, office cleaning and virescence, etc.
In charge of office's safety to make sure the office routing works normally
Help coordinate with GS activity and events from other departments.
Responsible for any external communication including incoming calls and reception of visitors
Responsible for internal and external courier management (receive, dispatch and/or courier out mail and keep records if necessary)
Responsible for monthly vendor payment
Newcomer’s access card set-up and necessary arrangement.
Office engagements-meeting room set-up
Other ad hoc assigned by line manager

Who you are

Diploma or above in Business Management or equivalent
Minimum 2-year relevant experience preferably from MNCs
Proficient in PC knowledge and MS Office
Pleasant personality, sense of responsibility and willing to learn
Good presentation with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Immediately available is highly preferred
