To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Support daily and monthly closing processes ensuring that daily work and financial transactions are free from errors and delivered on time.

• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable function and some of the general ledger entries.

• Ensure that the appropriate accounts are reconciled on monthly basis and that the reconciliations are at the appropriate level of detail and tie to the financial statement.

• Participate in the statutory audit. Work closely with auditors to complete the annual audit and other tasks required.

• Daily checking and posting of sale invoices, checking receipt settlement and reconciliation of data at store level.

• Responsible for budget and forecast preparation and reporting

• Work closely with the operation team, all subsidiaries and all SSC teams to ensure the correctness of data

• Support daily accounting duty and perform ad hoc assignments from time to time as assigned by the supervisor

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent is preferred

• Qualified Accountant is an advantage

• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail industry

• Proficient in MS Office, previous exposure in D365 and Hyperion is preferred

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Fast and Efficient, Good supervisory and communication skill, independent, well organized, detailed oriented as well as a good team player

• Responsible and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
