Profile:
At least 2 years of successful experience in a stock department
Rigor, sense of organization and priorities management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Availability, adaptability, sense of service, team spirit
Good knowledge of IT and good English level
Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge would be an asset
A BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Follow-up and control the monthly turning inventories and specific
action plans
Prepare the annual inventory and look for any discrepancies
Guarantee consistent level of stock to achieve sales target
A TEAM PLAYER
Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
Consistently provide the highest level of professionalism in all behaviors
including communication and teamwork
Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues
Provide high quality relevant feedbacks and requested report to the
Management
A BRAND PROMOTER (CUSTOMERS)
Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally
Work with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented,
collaborative, available and versatile approach
Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards
Maintain organization, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the Visual Merchandising Standard
Guarantee excellent customer experience during after sales process
Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained
Follow the guidelines provided by HQs regarding the clienteling approach,
A PROCESS SUPPORTER
Receive, check, label and store all merchandise being received
Organize and tidy up stock areas
Check in and handle transfers
Handle all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flow
Prepare and pack all ready-to-be-shipped products, as well as handle all
administrative parts
Prepare and ship all returned merchandise to the outlets and
warehouse
Adhere to all Company Policies & and follow all Company Operational
Procedures
