    GUCCI Mexico Security Manager (Mexico City)

    Your opportunity: The key purpose of this role is to positively inspire the multiple Retail and Corporate stakeholders to implement and continuously evolve the Security strategy as well as to promote and enhance the Gucci brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures. The Security Manager will report directly to the Latin America Security Manager to identify and assess the key risks, determine the risk exposure, or potential liability, develop and implement risk control programs to protect the company's Customers, Associates, and assets for the assigned region. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for customers and employees by establishing, enforcing, and constantly improving security policies and procedures.

    How will you contribute?

    • This position will contribute to business goals by monitoring the implementation of all safety and security policies and procedures defined by the WW Security Department providing recommendations to the local departments.

    • Conduct regular security risk assessments to determine appropriate protection levels based on inherent risks of the site and protected assets within; design security related equipment installations and systems based on a store’s physical characteristics and the assets being protected within are in line with WW Security Department minimum requirements.

    • Act as a main security contact for all incident/crisis events. Manage Incident reports to minimize their impact on the business.

    • Manage all emergency/crisis management actions providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.

    • Review Security Audits and plan continuous improvement actions involving operations and commercial teams.

    • Conduct investigation in cooperation with HR, Legal in agreement with Regional Security Management. Prepare prompt and complete reports relative to different Incidents (Example: Theft, Fraud, Critical, Product reselling) including any process Improvement opportunity.

    • Ensure general training to reinforce security awareness. Provide training sessions to all employees about safety on stock management, loss prevention, crisis management, etc.

    Who you are?

    • A proactive, detail oriented professional with at least 3-5 years of experience at loss prevention, security & crisis management. (Retail industry, preferred) with strong knowledge of CCTV, tagging and alarm systems.
    • A security specialist with strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to quickly and confidently evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions.
    • Experience in driving successful Loss Prevention, safety/fire/accident reduction & fraud prevention programs.
    • Must be a self-motivated individual who can be successful in a fast-paced environment, fluent in Spanish and English.
