    Role Objective:

    Support the EMEA Human Resources team with various HR activities, mainly dedicated to the Italian retail workforce of Alexander McQueen.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Support the HR Manager with recruitment though job posting and screening of candidate applications

    • Support with data accuracy in the HR system

    • Act as first point of contact for any employee queries and escalate to HR Manager for prompt resolution

    • Liaise with other internal Kering HR departments in order to maintain systems updated with correct data (e.g. payroll, attendance and expenses portals)

    • Work alongside the rest of the HR team to support with projects and ad hoc activities

    Required Skills:

    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.

    • Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills.

    • University degree in a relevant filed is highly desirable
