    About us Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house. While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful. Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director. The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion. We are currently seeking a Global Client Data Analyst Coordinator who will report to the Global Client Data & Insights Manager.

    Your opportunity

    Within the Global Client Engagement department, the Global Client Data Analyst Coordinator aims to support Global CRM analytics & insights within Balenciaga to contribute to the client-centric strategy and improve engagement. and customer retention with the brand.

    How you will contribute

    • Improve customer knowledge through the development of global and ad-hoc analyses: purchasing behavior, preference, customer lifetime value, data enrichment, satisfaction,
    • Assist in the management of analyzes and produce/improve existing reports,
    • Personalization of communications based on consumption habits, preferences, value development potential,
    • Churn/Repurchase prediction, product recommendation, Customer Lifetime Value, Marketing target personalization,
    • Improve the quality of client data with Kering,
    • Assist in clienteling tool upgrade; new data source collection planning and monitoring; ensure consistency between all data collection sources, 
    • Manage client duplication and share reporting,
    • Collect and enrich client database in collaboration with other departments (Couture, Media …),
    • Optimize and track database quality KPIs. You will also manage GDPR requests from our customers, assist in the 360-performance analysis and produce monthly/weekly reporting.

    Who you are

    • A professional with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position analysing customer data. An international experience is required,
    • An autonomous person, curious and organized,
    • A critical thinker with good knowledge of CRM. Knowing how to use SQL, Salesforce, AWS(Athena), Zeppelin. Knowing python is a plus,
    • A person comfortable with project management and fluent English.
