The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive talent development programs that align with the strategic goals of Boucheron. This role manages the global processes for employee acquisition, onboarding, assessment, development, retention, while also securing key positions through effective succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Drive the Talent roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and HR strategy.
- Define clear timelines for all talent-related projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact and ROI of talent initiatives.
Performance Review Management:
- Oversee the global processes for annual and mid-year performance reviews.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations across all regions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting effective performance reviews.
Talent Development Management:
- Oversee the global processes for talent reviews
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent development plans.
- Map key positions and ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders through strategic succession planning.
- Design and oversee internal development programs to develop and retain talents.
- Identify and address skill gaps with the Learning Manager.
- Foster career growth and boost internal mobility.
Talent Acquisition:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Develop and standardize global recruitment processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across all regions.
- Train HR recruiters and managers in using Workday.
- Promote Boucheron employer branding globally to attract top talent.
Onboarding :
- Manage the onboarding experience for new hires at a global level.
- Continuously improve onboarding programs based on feedback and KPI’s..
Budget Management:
- Manage the international Talent Development department budget.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support organizational development.
- Work with external vendors to deliver specialized training programs.
Key Skills:
- Graduated from University or Business School.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in talent development or a related HR role.
- Strong project managements skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Business partner.
- Proficiency in using digital HR systems (Workday).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and cultural awareness.
