We are currently seeking a Content Specialist as part of our Image Development Team based in Sesto Fiorentino (FI).
How you will contribute
- Supporting on management of Image projects, with a focus on both digital and printed material;
- Supporting on timeline creation and keeping track of schedules;
- Preparing reports and project recaps;
- Managing products in occasion of shooting sessions, include products research and obtaining from our warehouses;
- Collaborating with internal teams (such as Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce) to ensure good communication and constant alignment;
- Gradual support on coordinating external suppliers involved in the projects (production companies, creative agencies, etc);
- Managing contracts and paper works.
Who you are
- Graduate in Design, Communication, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies;
- Good understanding of the processes of content creation;
- In-deep knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel;
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
- Fluent in Italian and English language (written and spoken);
- Organized approach, attention to details, without losing overview of the bigger picture;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Proactive attitude and great team spirit.
