    Where and when could you start the internship with us? 

    Starting from 28th Oct 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Merchandising Reporting team.  

    Key Accountabilities  

    The intern will support the Merchandising Reporting Team with a focus in the following activities:

    • Support the team in launching, formatting and analyzing different kinds of reports (daily-weekly-monthly analysis) using all the available company systems/programs
    • Support the team in various activities: elaboration of reports on a weekly basis such as analysis on sales, on hand, sell-thru, best sellers, store ranking, comparability
    • Support the team in carrying out analysis on Sell-In during the sales campaign, in particular Net Order vs. OTB
    • Support the team in specific ad hoc requests coming particularly from Corporate
    • Support the team to develop new instruments of business analysis
    • Constant interaction with different Departments (Productions, Regions, Pricing, Planning etc etc) 

    What will you learn with us? 

    The intern will have the opportunity to learn and become familiar with Merchandising Reporting working methods and techniques.

    The main objectives of the internship will be:

    • how to work in team
    • how to deliver and manage requests with specific deadlines
    • how to analyze data and performances related to many different products and geography
    • how a Luxury Fashion Company is structured

    What are the basics? 

    • You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
    • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.
    • Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities 
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Passion for fashion and luxury trends 
    • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency 

      How will the Recruitment process look like?   

      The selection process will be starting in July 2024

      • You should apply on the career site section at Gucci.com  
      • If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
      • After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in September 2024.  
      • The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
