    Where and when could you start the internship with us? 

    Starting from 28th October 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Security team.  

    Key Accountabilities               

    • Manage incident reporting tool on both front and back-end supporting the tutor in improving user experience.
    • Realize customized report and data flow chart in order to facilitate security data analysis coming from logistics management system.
    • Support security department vendor focused on tracking devices in order to enforce security policies, testing hardware response and checking compliance to actual procedures.
    • Support Corporate & Industrial Security activities producing effort in developing security audit tools.
    • Assisting in carrying out corporate investigation in case of losses of assets along the GUCCI supply chain in liaise with the internal antifraud team

    What will you learn with us? 

    • Security tools and digital platforms: Learn to manage security tools and digital platforms to conduct risk analysis and develop asset protection strategies.
    • Data extraction and analysis: Acquire skills in extracting and analyzing data from various sources to identify countermeasures, with a focus on cargo crime issues.
    • Mitigation policies and procedures: Gain experience in creating, reviewing, and improving risk mitigation policies and procedures using innovative digital tools.
    • Risk analysis and mapping: Develop the ability to create logical maps and risk analysis grids to support comprehensive risk management.

    What are the basics? 

    • You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Criminology, Political Sciences, Management Engineering or related fields.
    • Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
    • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.
    • Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities 
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills  
    • Excellent Office package proficiency 

    How will the Recruitment process look like?   

    • You should apply on the career site section at Gucci.com  
    • If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
    • After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in September 2024.  
    • The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
