Your Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Media Manager to become a key player in our team. In this role, you will design and execute global ATL Media plans aimed at achieving the communication objectives of our leading Outdoor Sunglasses brand & building brand desirability around the world.
By leveraging your expertise in media channels, audience insights, and data analytics, you’ll drive efficient media investment and deliver outstanding campaign results, collaborating with media agency, vendors & internal stakeholders.

How you will contribute
- Develop and execute comprehensive ATL media plans that align with brand goals and budget
- Collaborate with the brand media agency to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of media campaigns
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including media, eCommerce, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze audience data to inform media strategies
- Prepare media plan proposals and performance reports
- Negotiate with media vendors through the media agency to secure the best rates and placements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media platforms and emerging technologies to continually refine media strategies
Who you are
- +5 years of experience in media planning, preferably globally or within a brand or agency setting
- Proven experience in managing international media plans
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management
- English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements
- Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels
- Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus
