Your Opportunity
We are currently looking for an organized, data-driven, and proactive CRM Analyst to join our EMEA retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring key CRM and clienteling KPIs, while providing actionable insights and operational solutions to support the achievement of sales and customer engagement targets across the retail channel and individual boutiques.
How you will contribute
Analyze and monitor clienteling KPIs, keeping the retail team and boutiques updated, and propose targeted customer initiatives when necessary.
Maintain and enhance analytical tools, including the cross CRM/Merchandising dashboard.
Generate client lists via BI tools to support specific clienteling outreach activities and share them with boutiques.
Conduct cross-analysis between CRM and merchandising to align boutique stock levels with clientele needs.
Produce customer and product analysis to define strategies aimed at driving retail business growth.
Create and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations with CRM insights and operational recommendations for boutiques.
Act as the point of contact for boutiques on topics related to the clienteling app via Salesforce.
Consolidate and track monthly budgets, integrating boutique-specific files into a unified tracker for the EMEA region.
Who you are
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of BI tools and Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
