    How you will contribute:

    • Use specialized knowledge of Global Luxury Retail to evaluate and address the company’s retail operations across the Americas region to improve performance and ensure that actions are based on data and in line with brand expectations.
    • Utilize in-house technology programs and processes to develop and implement data-driven analysis to bolster the company’s ability to achieve growth of their retail network.
    • Analyze sales data and reporting on Key Performance Indicators by associate and by region.
    • Implement and maintain all projects related to store sales, focusing on individual KPIs, monthly initiatives, and daily sales.
    • Study analytics and financial information to identify areas of business opportunity and improve processes using advanced analytics and connecting these opportunities to larger strategic initiatives.
    • Work with local CRM teams to aid in the design, analysis and implementation of company-specific CRM programs and projects across the Americas region.
    • Partner with worldwide CRM and local CRM teams to support analytics initiatives and tailoring them to meet the local needs and requirements of the Americas operations and resources.
    • Analyze and reflect on current trends in performance of strategy based on actual sales performance; revise in-season plans for sales and profitability based on current performance; control inventory levels.
    • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to identify growth opportunities and business challenges during planning process and working collaboratively to ensure plans meet company objectives.
    • Coordinate and manage monthly business reviews and Implement action plans to achieve sales targets.

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent
    • At least +5 years of previous work experience in luxury retail management
    • Work experience in Microstrategy System for Retail Analysis and Reporting; Retail Business Processes; CRM Analytics; Global Luxury Retail.
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Possess organizational awareness and flexibility
    • Maintain a clear sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing multiple projects
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as strong knowledge of retail math

    Salary Range- New York:

    • Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 (plus discretionary bonus).
