With full accountability for meeting KPI’s set through personalized client experience and cross selling of products, the Client Advisor will take full ownership of the exclusive relationships of the AMQ clientele.<ul><li>Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of AMQ history and heritage</li><li>Proactively seize all cross-selling opportunities, utilizing all product categories available in the store</li><li>Maintain and develop Client relationships through a custom-made approach and with the support of CRM and digital tools to strengthen Client loyalty</li><li>Engage with Clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products</li><li>Be driven to exceed individual financial targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed. This Store Operations Associate is also responsible for the correct handling of goods in store and care of the product and compliance with KPIs, guidelines and company procedures.Retail Operations:<ul><li>Follow the company polices, procedures and guidelines and ensure the store compliance</li><li>Carries out regular instore checks and audits to ensure store teams are following set policies and procedures</li><li>Supports the on-boarding of new team members ensuring they receive sufficient information about store operations policies and guidelines</li><li>Liaises with external parties to ensure required permits or documentation are in order</li><li>Support the Operations Manager and/or Store Manager on Fire Safety &amp; Health &amp; Safety procedures are in place and followed</li><li>Supports the setup of in store events to ensure successful execution</li><li>Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day management of goods receipt and ensure storage is in line with company procedures as well as prepares the products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas to maximize efficiency in timing</li><li>Ensure that shop-to-shop and returns transfers are compliant with company guidelines and timeline</li></ul>Store Maintenance<ul><li>Supports the manager as point of contact for cleaning companies and contractors</li><li>Acts on store emergencies to ensure repairs and service are executed in a timely manner</li><li>Liaises with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues where necessary</li><li>Acts as first point of contact for all store operational issues, escalating to Store Operations Manager or Store Manager where needed</li><li>Responsible for supporting to see through the after sales process and ensuring store team and clients are updated</li><li>Order and distribute staff uniforms in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain back of house standards to enable the best client experience</li><li>Regularly train Client Advisors on BOH organization and the importance of stock care</li></ul>Stock &amp; Inventory:<ul><li>Prepares for and plans out the inventory checks across all stores</li><li>Supports stores with inventory checks and reconciliations</li><li>Supports stores leading into preparation for sale and the transfer out of sale</li><li>Responsible for managing in store damaged stock</li><li>Monitors and follows up on negative-on-hand and outstanding consignments</li><li>Co-ordinates and monitors the various cycle counts as per the company guidelines and policies</li><li>Provides training and guidance to the store teams to minimize stock loss and damages</li><li>Manage the flow of OMNI orders making sure to guarantee the required service levels.</li><li>Manage correct flow of adjustments</li><li>Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced</li><li>Responsible for achieving Operation KPI’s and be client minded to support the overall store performance</li><li>Monitor in-transit and when needed liaise with relevant departments.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Supplies<ul><li>Manage and organize packaging and stationary physically and on the IT system.</li><li>Evaluates shipping suppliers and couriers to ensure most efficient and cost-effective service is in place</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Consistently provide highest level of professionalism in all behaviors including communication and team work in line with the House Code of Behaviors</li><li>Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues.</li><li>Provide high quality relevant feedback to the managers</li><li>Work with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented collaborative, available and versatile approach.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviors </li><li>Previous experience of retail operations and helping a retail business operate efficiently</li><li>Ability to be flexible with regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts</li><li>Highly organized and have strong attention to detail</li><li>Highly motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Successful performance record and a demonstrated ability to deliver retail excellence</li><li>Ability to quickly establish strong credibility with team members and external resources</li><li>The ability, drive and desire to deliver outstanding results</li><li>Sound analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to be mobile/stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages upward of 35 lbs. on a regular basis</li></ul>Salary Range: $22-25/hourKering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
