In charge of implementation of HRIS and other HR procedures<ul><li>Plan and Design HRD</li></ul>Drive design of annual training contents to enhance organizational development program Provide various training opportunities and offer Kering’s training program In charge of talent management program in accordance with Kering group Review and update succession planning for efficient manpower management Provide various training opportunities and information<ul><li>Employee Relations </li></ul>In charge of all event and activities of employee relation Responsible for labor issue and LMC meeting to collaborate staff and comply local labor law.<ul><li>Recruiting </li></ul>Responsible for all recruiting process to all levels of open positions and ensure compliance with all documentation &amp; reporting requirements.
