We are looking for a Global Client Development Intern to join our Client Development Department in Milan.How will you contribute?As a Global Client Development Intern, you will support the execution of the global Client Development strategy across all touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Market &amp; Industry Research: Gather key insights from competitive benchmarks and industry analysis.</li><li>Store activations: Create and update guidelines and training materials to support local teams in deploying in-store activations and other clienteling tools.</li><li>Clienteling Campaign Support: Assist in launching clienteling one-to-one campaigns by uploading assets to the clienteling app, coordinating with regional teams, and consolidating their requests.</li><li>Gifting Coordination: Support the end-to-end gifting process, from order collection to delivery, in alignment with the gifting strategy.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of different clienteling actions, preparing ad hoc analyses and regular reports.</li><li>Administrative Support: Support the team with the management of invoices related to client development projects.</li></ul> Who are you?<ul><li>Passionate about luxury fashion and retail.</li><li>Eligible for a 6 months curricular internship (Currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc in a relevant discipline ).</li><li>Detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships.</li><li>A proactive team player who can also work independently.</li><li>Adaptable, flexible, and highly organized.</li><li>English proficiency, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
