Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Serve customers accordingly with Gucci selling ceremony</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Gucci history and heritage</li><li>Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories</li><li>Discuss with clients and give advises on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and/or personalities and put always the customers at ease</li><li>Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, accordingly to the Company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones</li><li>Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, enhancing and developing the business</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions</li><li>Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Gucci visual standards</li><li>Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise</li><li>Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Gucci standards and policies</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies</li><li>Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result</li><li>Deep passion for fashion and luxury</li><li>Excellent commercial awareness and customers attitude</li><li>High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers</li><li>Team-player mentality</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment</li><li>Luxury product knowledge</li></ul>

Objectif principal : faire vivre le système de management HSE (certifié ISO 45001), sur 4 pays francophones (2 pays certifiés, 2 pays à faire certifier)Missions : Veille réglementaire : suivi des audits de conformité, définition de plans d’actions locaux, mise en oeuvre des actions et suivi. Système documentaire : contribuer à la revue des procédures, et à la synthèse des indicateurs. Formations H&amp;S : - Identification des besoins ; - Planification du calendrier ; - Suivi administratif (inscriptions, réservations, conventions, attestations, registre de formation). Vérifications réglementaires périodiques :- Planification des interventions ; - Suivi de la réalisation des interventions, et de la réception des rapports correspondants ; - Suivi de la mise en conformité des éventuelles observations. Plans de prévention :- Contribuer au déploiement à l’ensemble des prestations sur la totalité du périmètre.Amélioration continue : - Aider à planifier les check-lists semestrielles et les audits internes, superviser la résolution des observations émises. - Contribuer à la mise à jour des DUERP, et des plans d’actions qui en découlent. - Accidents du travail : participer à l’analyse des circonstances, à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives. - Rédiger et diffuser des consignes de sécurité.Compétences attendues : - Organisation, méthode et rigueur. - Gestion des priorités, autonomie et sens de l’initiative. - Excellentes capacités relationnelles : écoute, respect, assertivité, pédagogie, persévérance, adaptation à son interlocuteur. - Capacité à (ré)agir dans un environnement évolutif. - Anglais requis. Profil : - DUT HSE ou équivalent ; éventuellement Bac &#43;5 HSE - Durée : 4 à 6 mois - Date de début : A partir de Janvier 2025GUCCI s&#39;engage à créer une main-d’œuvre diversifiée.
