Descriptif du poste :Au sein de la direction Ressources Humaines, vous aurez pour mission principale d’assister l’équipe Compensation &amp; Benefits dans l’ensemble de ses missions et projets relatifs aux rémunération &amp; avantages sociaux au sein de la Maison.Activités du poste :•            Accompagner la préparation de l’exercice annuel de révision des salaires et du paiement des bonus : fiabilisation des données, consolidation des retours marché, vérification et contrôle des passages en paie.•            Support à la gestion des systèmes d’information RH : suivi régulier de la qualité de la donnée dans les systèmes &amp; du respect des process, soutien sur le développement de nouveaux outils au sein du département.•            Contribuer à la mise en place de nouvelle disposition légale (e.g. UE Pay Transparency) : support à la préparation des réunions de calibrage &amp; support à la définition &amp; construction des benchmarks internes.•            Répondre aux analyses de données récurrentes (e.g. enquêtes de salaire) &amp; demandes ad-hoc de la population RH.•            Soutien à la gestion des programmes d’avantages sociaux : assistance sur le déploiement des campagnes annuelles (e.g. crèche) &amp; des nouveaux projets &amp; prestataires prévus en 2025.Profil recherché :•            Etudiant.e en école de commerce, ou équivalent universitaire, avec une spécialisation en RH, finance ou un domaine connexe.•            Une 1ère expérience aboutie en C&amp;B est un plus.•            Forte appétence pour les chiffres nécessaire afin de traiter des bases de données numériques complexes.•            Sensible à l’univers du luxe, vous êtes rigoureux.se, organisé.e et faite preuve d’un bon esprit équipe.•            Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (e.g. Excel &amp; Powerpoint). Role ObjectiveThe Store Director is responsible for the management of the Boutique, the staff within it and the stock. This will include personnel management, exceeding defined business targets whilst working within given budgets and building the brands image through sales.RESPONSIBILITIESSales Objectives &amp; targets·       Aim to exceed all sales targets set by BOUCHERON and at the very minimum ensure that all targets are met by constantly building and maintaining a strong client base.·       Analyse sales figures and CRM activity to develop immediate &amp; long range goal plans. You are also expected to devise and execute strategies for sales generation in order to meet monthly goals, including; sales associates &amp; team incentives.·       Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, liaising with visual merchandising and press department where necessary.·       Maintaining awareness of local &amp; luxury market trends and monitoring local competition activity.·       Building relationships with local and VIP clients; works closely with the PR department and coordinates events.Retail Excellence and Customer Care·       Liaising with your team, other relevant colleagues and customers in order to identifying and resolving urgent issues.·       Showcase exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically, whilst abiding to all Company policies.·       Adhering and reinforcing the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.·       Ensure best possible management of stores upkeep and maintenance, surveying and highlighting any necessary building work, cleaning &amp; other action is undertaken.Manage Store Operating budgets·       Manage store operations in the most effective way whilst minimizing costs through; headcount and operating costs including; couriers/postage/ alterations &amp; any other outsourced work.Managing Stock Control·       Review seasonal orders with sales associates to ensure full merchandise potential to buying office.·       Business recap with sales associates focusing on sell through.·       Oversee store staff in order to ensure that they adhere to inventory management guidelines/practices; stock take &amp; consignment procedures &amp; policies.·       Overview of all VIP &amp; Special requests between sales associates &amp; Retail buying office.Personnel Management·       As the key member of the management team you must lead and motivate staff by being a role model and setting an exceptional example to all staff.·       Identifying performance issues and managing them informally, seeking advice from the HR department where necessary. Where concerns need to rose formally, work with HR to ensure BOUCHERON’s obligations are met to make sure a fair and consistent processed is followed.·       Taking ownership of the recruitment process, seeking authorization to recruit, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.·       To conduct in-store training including; coordinating the induction of new staff into the store, product knowledge; sharing information gained from the collection presentations and identifying members of staff who require further attention to ensure that their knowledge is to the high standard we require.·       To carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, following BOUCHERON’s procedure and providing constructive and comprehensive feedback, as well as setting individual objectives for development.·       To have an understanding of your staff’s training needs and to liaise with the HR Department to develop ways to implement your training needs.·       Regularly updates staff on business performance, and new initiatives.·       Develop and convert into practical application, the knowledge and skills related to techniques, processes, laws, procedures, policies, equipment and products necessary to do the job effectively and efficiently.·       Co-coordinating rotas and overtime.·       Monitoring sickness and other absences such as holiday and maternity leave, ensuring appropriate cover is provided, limiting the use of agency staff.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<ul><li>English language mandatory &#43; Russian Language would be an asset</li><li>A Manager still a VIP Experts, treating a VIP client book</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role where they have managed a team and been required to prioritize and multi-task various and competing demands.</li><li>A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels.</li><li>Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment</li><li>Ability to initiate contact and communication</li><li>Motivated by being a team player with a common goal</li></ul>Person Specifications<ul><li>Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships</li><li>A strong team player and considerate of colleagues</li></ul>Contract type : Regular/CDIStart Date : As soon as possibleBoucheron is committed to building a diverse workforce. Description:Reporting directly to the Global Omnichannel and Client Development Director, and part of the Commercial team that supports our retail network, the CRM and Client Development Manager will be responsible for managing our prospect customer relationship management (PCRM) eco-system and defining and developing client strategies to enhance engagement, transformation and retention.You will work in an international context supporting our different markets and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that both retail and client needs are met.Key Responsabilities:CRM Management:Partner with IT to oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM ecosystem:<ul><li>Develop the retail tools and needed to support data capture and clienteling.</li><li>Collect feedback from markets and conduct benchmarks to determine and prioritize roadmap.</li><li>Develop training material to ensure understanding and adoption.</li><li>Develop equivalent system in China Mainland adapting to local needs.</li></ul>Client development and activation:<ul><li>Develop and execute client engagement strategies to increase transformation and retention.</li><li>Define activation and contact strategy through campaigns/different channels/journeys through Salesforce.</li><li>Develop VIC care guidelines for instore events/animations and gifting.</li></ul>Data Analysis:<ul><li>Ensure Data quality of our database and analytics tools.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of client data and engagement metrics to derive actionable insights.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Data Privacy Compliance:<ul><li>Partner with legal and IT teams to ensure that all CRM practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.</li></ul>Team development:<ul><li>Manage and develop team of 5 people and animate/coordinate the community of CRM teams in the different countries.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in CRM management and client development (minimum 10 years), preferably in luxury and/or jewelry in a global context, experience with Asian market.</li><li>Strong project management skills and experience, ability to understand and express business needs to IT.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CDP).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute client engagement initiatives successfully.</li><li>Team management experience.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, structured with attention to detail.</li><li>Fluent in English and French a plus.</li></ul>Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
