Your opportunityWe are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join the Pomellato Global Visual Merchandising team based in Milan. This role will report to the Visual Merchandising Manager.How you will contribute <ul><li>Implement the VM strategic approach for the product display in all retail/franchise/wholesale boutiques, showrooms, and special events</li><li>Support the alignment of visual merchandising strategies with commercial objectives by collaborating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Merchandising, and Regional Trade Marketing teams) and working closely with the Architecture team to ensure creative consistency</li><li>Contribute in the development of VM guidelines for all boutiques globally, and ensuring the regions’ adherence to the guidelines</li><li>Coordinate in-store and window display executions in all regions and channels, ensuring proper communication and follow-up</li><li>Support store openings and in-store events in the regions by supporting with the development of product zoning plans and providing guidance to ensure flawless execution</li><li>Coordinate Visual Merchandising trainings across all regions and channel</li><li>Prepare detailed status reports on Visual Merchandising activities</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>4-5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a luxury retailer</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task</li><li>Excellent communication and creative skills with an eye for luxury</li><li>Highly motivated and energetic with proven ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (full package); knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign or similar tools is a plus.</li><li>Fully fluent in spoken and written English; additional foreign languages are a plus</li><li>Team player, with ability to communicate and work with different regions globally</li><li>Willingness to travel as required</li></ul>Why work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow. Your OpportunityWe are currently looking for an organized, energetic and detail oriented Vintage Operations Specialist who will join our dynamic team based in Milan. She/he will support the Vintage department in managing the disposal of discontinued and obsolete stock of Pomellato.How you will contribute<ul><li>Update internal system with orders and returns using Stealth program</li><li>Manage the operations of the Channel: prepare lists of jewels, organize shipments, check the pieces sold and issue the relative invoices</li><li>Support and organize physical events in our Showroom paying attention to the inventory, setting up jewelry on plateaux and preparing sales tables</li><li>Organize back office activities during the events to guarantee an excellent sales to end customers</li><li>Be the daily referent of Logistics Department for shipping and picking up jewelry through various channel activities</li><li>Prepare online sales (filling in supplier templates, sending photos and materials to be published)</li><li>Post-event qualitative analysis </li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics</li><li>1-2 years of professional experience in the role, preferably within the luxury field</li><li>Positive and proactive attitude</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented</li><li>Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and Power Point</li><li>Fluent in English and Italian</li></ul>
