    Kering Eyewear completes the acquisition of Lindberg

    Kering Eyewear announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Danish Luxury Eyewear brand LINDBERG, in accordance with the terms announced on 8th July, 2021 and after having received clearance from the antitrust authorities. LINDBERG will be consolidated in Kering accounts starting from Q4 2021 onwards.
