    Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling: Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends. Sub-Job Family Description - Supervisor: Guarantees the best possible experience for our customers. Provides style and product advice. Monitors the sales flow and runs promotional activities to meet our high standards on sales and services. Mentors junior roles.

    Alexander McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. In 2001, the house joined the Kering Group and, since December 2023, is under the creative direction of Seán McGirr.

    您的职责

    1. 了解当日,当周,当月的销售任务和进展,并将进展报告下达给店铺同事促进销售;

    2. 协助店铺新人了解店铺货品知识以及销售流程;

    3. 参与店铺内的销售和展示(所有产品类别);

    4. 及时掌握仓储情况,并分享给店铺同事,确保团队的成功连带;

    5. 了解店铺运营各项指标,协助处理周报并能根据指标的动态第一时间做出反应;

    6. 保证售前售后的服务水平一致并符合公司要求,以维护客户满意度和忠诚度,从而树立并推广品牌形象;

    7. 协助团队处理客诉;

    8. 协助管理层和公司完成对店铺重点客户的维护,升级等工作;  

    9. 通过各种渠道不断更新流行趋势,了解竞争状况;

    任职资格

    1. 5-6年相关奢侈品牌工作经验;

    2. 高度的责任心与工作积极性;

    3. 良好的销售主动性和客户服务意识;
