Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description -E-Commerce:
Enhances e-commerce business growth through the brand website. Ensures world-class e-commerce operations. Improves the customer experience as well as the ratio of revenue to net sales in e-commerce channels. Oversees e-marketing and CRM campaigns.
Manage business sales planning to the day-to-day operations of the brand online store and marketplace, ensuring that the e-commerce business runs smoothly. Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using tools to improve online sales and relevancy for better customer engagement. Provide regular reports to senior management and HQ about sales trends, key metrics, and key takeaways for their understanding of the e-commerce business and local market. Manage e-commerce coordinator for her/his developmental growth to operate the e-commerce business.
Main Job Responsibilities
Sales planning and website management
- Suggest data-driven strategies to improve online sales, which entails performance marketing KPI’s such as traffic, CVR and associated KPI’s. Pay special attention to merchandising categories and plan exposure through content management, including landing page, social network, paid search, and associated communication vehicles.
- Identify areas of improvement, suggest, and implement actions for growth opportunities.
- Budget planning and operational/marketing expense planning, and financial tracking.
- Working closely with HQ content management, MD, and local marketing, content, to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives.
- Work with Kering IT where necessary to report and fix technical issues, play a core role as a local representative when the project involves.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports for various stakeholders. Make sure reporting serves the purpose for different audiences with appropriate KPI’s.
- Monitor closely market trends and competitors, report as necessary.
Operations
- Oversee brand website operations, manage to provide accurate information, and an excellent customer journey to customers.
- Monitor warehouse operations for smooth operations and be ready for a quick tackle of issues, if any.
- Have close communication with the CS team and learn from insights. Identify any issues or areas of growth opportunities underlying.
Team management/employee development
- Supervise e-commerce operators and manage performance.
- Manager to create an environment where employees feel safe to express concerns or ask for help to quickly spot issues.
- Foster a growth mindset by encouraging learning/ownership and coaching/empowering employees to give achievable challenges/goals.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-year experience in B2C ecommerce business, preferably in the luxury business
Knowledge
- Data analysis and knowledge of decision-making based on the numbers
- Technical skills: ecommerce platform/3rd party marketplace operations, GA4
- Experience interacting with CS
- Project management
- Logistics of B2C
- Microsoft Office software at least a medium level
- Performance digital marketing (Naver brand search, Google paid search)
