GUCCI Visual Merchandising Specialist

Role Mission

Responsible for all aspects of Visual Merchandising duties for high VM standards of Gucci

Responsibilities

• VM execution
  - Regular visual setup and checking to ensure highest standards of visual presentation
  - Closely communicate with in-store VM and do training to elevate VM standards- - Implement VM standards and share appropriate guidelines to each store to promote effective maintenance according to WW VM strategy
  - Support special visual setup (POPUP, Event, Store Opening, Window etc)
   
• Administrations
  - Manage and updates all database related with VM
  - Monthly VM reports and Special setup reports
   
• Others
  - Associate team members to support the team well
  - Support VM props replenishment process & inventory management

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of Visual Merchandising experience in Fashion Luxury industry.
• Promote a professional image, being proactive and positive, ability to work under pressure.
• Good skill of Adobe and MS office program
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Business acumen
• Strategic problem-solving skill
