KERING After Sales Intern (6-month contract)

Your opportunity

Report to the After Sales Manager, this role is to assist the team to provide administrative support.

How you will contribute

• Input data related to shipments into our database with high accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct
• Prepare, organize, and review shipping documents
• Maintain and update shipment records
• Data entry and filing
• General clerical duties
• Handle multiple internal applications 
• To support ad-hoc assignments
• Spare Parts inventory tracking

Who you are

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
