    We are currently looking for an APAC Logistics Finance Intern who will report to the Senior Finance Manager, Logistics APAC.

    Your opportunity
    Within the Finance Department dedicated to the Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit, you will monitor and consolidate the day-to-day financial operations of the APAC hub and ensure reporting accuracy and uniformization.

    How you will contribute

    • Coordination of all relevant stakeholders (Finance teams, Logistics teams and providers) to guarantee proper implementation of finance group rules locally and uniformization of reporting
    • Consolidation of APAC figures
    • Preparing reports for monthly Actual, Forecast and Budget recharges to local and HQ
    • Support to communicate results to brands and ensure transparency on their results
    • Assist Logistics teams to identify savings opportunities and help reducing costs per unit
    • Ad-hoc support for logistics projects and analysis (e.g. APAC reporting uniformization mapping, Transport costs tracking, deep dive analysis ect…)

    Who you are

    • Preference for undergraduates pursuing an university degree in Economics or Management Engineering
    • Previous experience in financial controlling is a plus
    • Expert in Excel, (knowledge of SAP, Power Bi and Oracle is a plus)
    • Hard working, reliable and eager to learn attitude
    • Strong multitasking skills and achiever mindset
    • Proactive team player who is flexible, adaptable and rigorous
    • Fluent in English
