    We are currently seeking an EMEA CRM Analyst Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute:

    • Supporting the EMEA CRM team in successfully implementing, enhancing and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities in the region.
    • Carrying out the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports analysis (nationalities, prospects, sales to local, merchandising CRM data, etc.) and other ad hoc reports required to understand the region performance and share with subregions and local markets
    • Assisting in the coordination of events/initiatives and monitoring their performance: ROI (results on investment) calculation, conversion rate, attendance.
    • Coordinate the production of materials (newsletter, campaigns, events) and PowerPoint presentations for ad hoc requests/needs as well as keeping updated customer’s database to elaborate detailed reports for all CRM projects.
    • Participating in store trainings with EMEA CRM team to enforce the communication flow with Store Managers to coordinate with them all the CRM activities.
    • Collaborating with the subregion Client Development Manager on the Regional CRM global and region implementation.
    • Participating in the regular weekly/monthly meetings with the Subregions/Country teams.
    • Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team
    • Support CRM team with data entry, maintenance, and updates

    Who you are:

    • Student enrolled in Economics Bachelor/Master’s degree program
    • Passionate about Luxury & Sales/Marketing fields
    • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. French is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Advance in Excel, PPT)
