    Your opportunity

    We are currently looking for an HR Cost Controlling & HRIS Intern as part of our Human Resources team based in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza). The main office will be in Vicenza with availability of transfers to Milan headquarters.

    How you will contribute

    • Collaborating with the HR controlling &HRIS Team for all the topics concerning personnel costs and budget activities. 
    • Supporting the HR controlling & HRIS Team to performing the HR cost plan, forecast and budget and managing the monthly closure validation and variances analysis (actual vs forecast/budget)
    • Monthly data uploading and maintaining the 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks
    • Supporting the HR controlling & HRIS Team to deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on main topics and trends
    • Participating in market and salary surveys
    • Supporting the HR controlling & HRIS Team to deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on main topics and trends
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
    • Create reports and present data insights to support HR strategies
    • Conduct regular system audits and data validation exercises to ensure data integrity
    • Support the main Compensation processes (Bonus Calculation, Annual Salary Review etc.)
       

    Who you are

    • Fluent in English;
    • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration;
    • Advanced knowledge of Office, especially Excel;
    • Strong attention to details & analytical ability;
    • Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism;
    • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functions.
