    Your opportunity

    We are currently looking for a Junior Quality Customer Service as part of our Quality Customer Service team based in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).

    How you will contribute

    • Gestione richieste assistenza dai Regional CS, Stores e Customer Care;
    • Gestione dell'avanzamento di commesse e ordini di lavoro relativo alle riparazioni di merce di proprietà di clienti terzi e/o negozi Bottega Veneta;      
    • Monitoraggio stato avanzamento riparazioni presso fornitori terzi;       
    • Supporto al team IT nello sviluppo e follow-up di progetti riguardanti l'After Sales;    
    • Creazione di reportistiche riguardanti i resi.


    Who you are

    • Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale o materie Economiche affini;         
    • Esperienza lavorativa in ambiti similari di almeno 1-3 anni;
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
    • Buone conoscenze del Pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point);
    • Conoscenza sistemi gestionali AS400 e Stealth 3000 (la conoscenza della reportistica Qlickview sarà considerata un plus);                                                               
    • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team e adattabilità.
    • Ordine e precisione si ritengono attitudini fondamentali
