    We are currently seeking a Retail Trainer for our DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) sub-region who will be based in Munich and report to the Training Manager Northern Europe.

    How you will contribute

    As a Retail Trainer DACH, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Teams for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The Retail Trainer DACH will report to the Retail Training Manager Northern Europe on the full spectrum of training initiatives and projects and will work with store management to ensure that teams are trained to deliver the Bottega Veneta client experience to the highest standard.

    DELIVERY

    • Implement Northern Europe training initiatives ensuring consistent execution in DACH stores.
    • Support Retail Training Manager Northern Europe to deploy corporate training courses and modules covering product, retail skill and customer service training, as well as mystery shopping monitoring.
    • Conduct timely induction sessions for all new hires (retail and DACH head office).
    • Review and manage all training materials to make sure it aligns with HQ standard and adapt, if necessary, to local markets.
    • Support the Retail Career Program for Brand Ambassadors and Styling Advisors, delivering training to ensure the individuals’ development and empowerment.
    • Deliver focused training sessions for the store based on local needs (with focus on Brand, Products, Selling, Customer Service & CRM topics).
    • Manage training logistics (training material interpretation & preparation, classroom settings, venue rental, IT equipment).

    FOLLOW UP

    • Promote and follow-up on digital training platform, monitor the usage of training material.
    • Develop follow-up tools for the participants and on-the-job check, regularly gathering feedback.
    • Support and coach retail management in delivering constructive training feedback and actions.
    • Conduct regular store visits to understand training needs, address quick wins and share best practices.
    • Consolidate and update training databases (attendance, participant name, training dates, programs, records, evaluations etc.)
    • Conduct training related reports to key stakeholders.

    TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS

    • Work with Retail Training Manager Northern Europe and local HR and Retail Managers to understand and identify the retail teams’ training needs.
    • Complete the annual training schedule monthly according to field visits and in-depth observation and discussions with the teams.
    • Proactively and regularly analyses the local markets’ training needs and work out the training plan and localization on the training programs and execution.

    Who you are

    • 3 to 5 years training experience preferably in the retail industry or consultancy company with exposure in facilitation and content development
    • Inspiring, adaptable, energetic, and passionate
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Strong time and task management skills, able to work independently
    • Proactive team player, with a problem-solving attitude
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Proficient in MS Office functionalities & e-learning platform
    • Up to 80 % in Store / travel required
