    How you will contribute?

    As a Tailoring & Outerwear Product Developer you will:

    • Partner closely with the design Team in order to understand their vision and concept for the Ready-To-Wear Tailoring & Outerwear Collection. Provide technical insights to refine design concepts while maintaining feasibility.
    • Follow up with suppliers of an assigned part of prototypes of tailoring and outerwear garments based on the indications received by the Head of Tailoring and Outerwear Product Development.
    • Collaborate with pattern makers, sample sewers and other professionals to refine prototypes and ensure they align with the designers’ vision.
    • Organize and participate in fitting sessions to assess both garment fit and aesthetics.
    • Ensure that the final samples are accurately produced following the intended design and respecting the Collection Calendar.
    • Maintain organized records of design specifications, patterns, samples and production details.
    • Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) to optimize production accuracy and streamline material sourcing ordering.

    Who you are?

    • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Developer within the Luxury Fashion industry (specialized in Ready-To-Wear Tailoring & Outerwear).
    • Experience of managing Product Development calendar and of working closely with manufacturers for development.
    • Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials and production processes.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across Teams & Departments.
    • Detail-oriented with robust organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, essential for managing complex projects and deadlines.
    • Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, driven by a commitment to excellence in product development and quality.
    • Market awareness and ability to anticipate consumer preferences.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
    • Understanding of cost analysis and budget management.
    • Familiarity with sustainability practices in fashion is a plus.
    • Excellent knowledge of Office package, in particular Excel/Access, Stealth and PLM information systems.
    • Fluent in English & Italian (both written and spoken).
