We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner EMEA (Temporary) who will report to the Global Corporate & Retail HR Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
Your opportunity
You will have a fantastic opportunity to join as a Senior HR Business Partner EMEA to support our EMEA Boutiques and EMEA Regional Director as well as our Corporate Directors and people in our office in Milan with a wide range of people matters. You will deal with recruiting and developing talents, focusing on people quality enhancement; you will be the point of reference for projects related to change management, internal mobility, employer branding, climate analysis, compensation and benefit review and more.
