    DODO HR Generalist Intern

    How will you contribute:

    We are currently looking for an HR Generalist Intern.

    You will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various aspects of talent acquisition, people management and HR administration.

    This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury industry setting, working with a diverse and talented team.

    • Be involved in all recruiting activities, from posting job openings to supporting the team in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing;

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in developing job descriptions;

    • Participate to University career days and events;

    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture;

    • Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes.

    Who you are:

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fields;

    • Fluent in Italian and English, French or German are considered a plus;

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities;

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;

    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
