MISSION:
Actively contribute to the development process of the Ginori Arte project by drafting the Business Plan and working on the collections, the choice of artists and coordinating the process internally and externally with art galleries and artists.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Business plan development for new Art collections, creation of customised projects and sell-out support for existing collections
Market analysis and search for potential artists, designers and architects to collaborate with
Development of strategic presentations to support activities and management of content and materials
Networking activities with galleries, industry experts and art fairs
Support in contract negotiations with artists and galleries
Support in the validation of the collection framework with the Product Team and coordination of relations with external stakeholders
Collection coordination with art curators, artists and production team
Managing calendars and deadlines, ensuring internal alignment
Supporting the development of sales tools and visual material (catalogues, price lists, photos, videos)
Co-ordination of customer engagement opportunities with various stakeholders (Ginori Retail, galleries, external partners such as Art Basel, Frieze)
On-site support during events, fairs and vernissages to sell collections to potential customers and follow-up afterwards
Monitoring inventory and sales, developing monthly reports to adapt and implement sell-through improvement strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification in Art History, Fine Arts or related field to understand and promote art collections, alternatively qualification in Management useful for business plan development
Experience in business development in the art or luxury sectors with proven ability to manage relationships with galleries, artists and high profile clients
Familiarity with art markets, trends and key industry players
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to problem solving
Mastery of the office package (PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge of Italian, English and French, with excellent communication skills in the different languages
