Job Family Description -Business Analysis and Controlling: Ensures the development and implementation of financial controlling standards and processes. Supports our business by performing financial analysis. Participates in closing budgets and accounts procedures. Sub-Job Family Description - Business analysis: Performs economic/financial research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics. Appraises results. Prepares statistical studies and economic forecasts of business conditions and trends and draws relevant conclusions.

    Your opportunity

    You will be part of our Finance & Administration Team located in Sesto Fiorentino and you will be responsible for managing all the activities of financial controlling, reporting and analysis that allow constant monitoring of KPIs and to focus on the continuous improvement of the company economic and financial results, with a specific focus on industrial controlling.


    How you will contribute

    • Responsible for monthly closure activities and the preparation and review of financial reports for internal use

    • Responsible for Business Indicator Analysis (KPIs)

    • Coordinate factory management control processes (arrange annual or/and periodic forecast and budget, deviation analyses, inventory deltas, reporting and support to the CFO)

    • Analyze the production costs and variances between Actual and Forecast/Budget

    • Provide support to financial and operations management monitoring volumes, efficiencies, productivity, waste, focusing on indicators and margins per department/function or products

    • Manage the process and methodology of determining standard cost

    • Manage the analytical accounting and accounting of industrial costs

    • Support in pricing and costing activities

    • Analyze the profitability of sales and control of the valorization of warehouses/stock

    • Monitor of company performance and identification of any corrective actions to support business

    • Monitor of regional financial performances on a monthly basis

    • Interact with all functions within the company to ensure the understanding of the financial reports and KPIs

    • Provide support to operational and staff lines to improve performance monitoring processes

    Who you are

    • Business degree in Finance or Economics with strong technical and analytical accounting background and/or equivalent knowledge/experience

    • With at least 7 years of experience as Controller in industrial company or in structured international companies

    • A problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details

    • With excellent analytical skills and experience with complex data management

    • Self- starter, able to work autonomously, with strong team player skills and able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and levels of the company

    • Preferably knowledgeable with Microsoft AX

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
