    Your opportunity

    We are currently seeking a Graphic Design Manager who will report to our Head of Graphic and Digital Design as part of our dynamic LINDBERG Graphics in Denmark.

    LINDBERG Graphics is LINDBERG's internal agency, which consists of 25 skilled and ambitious colleagues, 10 of whom work from our office in Shanghai. We design and develop all of LINDBERG's visual communication for various platforms and handle everything related to print, web design, image processing, video, and 3D graphics.

    How you will contribute

    Manage, develop, and coordinate creative and operational activities by: 

    • Contributing creative input, challenging the status quo, impacting innovation
    • Collaborating in the day-to-day management of relationships across Graphic and Marketing Teams
    • Supporting in-house shooting of new seasonal and institutional assets
    • Supporting the creation of SoMe assets, VM and PR materials, presentations, formulas, instructional material, and ad hoc layouts
    • Supporting production and post-production activities across the Graphic Team and external suppliers
    • Updating Communication assets across premises to always present the current Campaign, such as posters, screen wallpapers and screensavers
    • Implementing consistency across platforms in line with the brands' DNA and guidelines
    • Proactively ensuring the highest level of quality and precision on all deliveries
    • Defining timelines supporting the alignment with the Head of Graphic and Digital Design and Head of Marketing & Communication in time for final approval by the CEO
    • Monitoring and ensuring that goals and deadlines within the Graphic Team are met

    Manage Team members reporting directly by:

    • Motivating and developing the team members, ensuring that each team member performs
    • Administrating daily managerial tasks such as absence, time registration, etc.
    • Performing Annual Performance, Development, and Salary Reviews 

    Proactively support your manager:

    • Aligning creative ideas, timelines and execution
    • Reporting on activities, meetings, and Team members’ performance
    • Coordinating on holidays and other absences

    Who you are

    • Ideally 3+ years experience managing a team of designers to consistently meet company goals
    • Self-driven and motivated by delivering high-end productions
    • A proven track record of creative graphic design solutions 
    • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite 
    • Motion graphics skills are an advantage
    • Always updated on contemporary trends and technologies 
    • Structured work style following workflows and meeting deadlines
    • Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear and convincing way

    • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
