    Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di IT CRM Developer che si unirà al nostro team IT e avrà l’opportunità di entrare a far parte di un contesto dinamico e internazionale.

    How you will contribute

    • Definire e sviluppare soluzioni tecniche standard
    • Sviluppare applicazioni e soluzioni di alta qualità
    • Partecipare alla fase di testing per garantire che i requisiti di sviluppo siano soddisfatti
    • Contribuire in modo proattivo al miglioramento dei nostri processi e tecnologie
    • Analizzare i processi di business e i requisiti aziendali sotto una prospettiva tecnica
    • Partecipare alle attività di project quality management, supportando il team IT, al fine di verificare le specifiche tecniche e la qualità dei documenti di progettazione
    • Eseguire code reviews dopo eventuali attività di implementazione da parte di consulenti esterni
    • Aiutare a risolvere i problemi critici per garantire la continuità del business

    Who you are

    • Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi di almeno 2-3 anni in società di consulenza/contesti multinazionali complessi
    • Esperienza con Azure DevOps
    • Esperienza in implementazioni D365 Customer Service / Marketing Automation e Cloud technology
    • Esperienza di integrazioni di CRM con SAP e Web applications (Web Services, HTML5, Javascript)
    • La conoscenza del sistema SAP verrà considerata un plus
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
    • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazione
    • Attitudine al problem solving
    • Passione ed entusiasmo
    • Curiosità e innovazione
    • Proattività
    • L'esperienza pregressa nel settore Fashion o Consumer Goods sarà considerata un plus
    • Certificazioni Microsoft Dynamics CRM sarà considerata un plus
