We are currently seeking a Store POS Integration Intern who will support the Store POS Integration Product Owner as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.

    We are currently seeking a Store POS Integration Intern who will support the Store POS Integration Product Owner as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.

    As part of the Store POS integration team, your main missions will be to:

    • Support our Scrum Master in the daily activities, such as coordinating meetings and tracking project progress.
    • Monitoring the status of Jira tickets to ensure the team updates them properly.
    • Facilitate communication between team members and other departments.
    • Follow up with other streams, such as QA, monitoring, security, and more, to ensure alignment and progress.
    • Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement within the team.
    • Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

     Who you are:

    • A graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
    • Enthusiastic about identifying and driving process improvements.
    • Familiarity with basic software architectures and knowledge of SQL, JSON, and XML would allow you to better understand what the team is doing, but are not required.
    • A strong listener with an analytic mindset and a communicative approach.
    • Knowledgeable about MS Office Suite.
    • Fluent both in Italian and English.
