Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor and VIC Specialist who will report to the Boutique Manager and Grand Vendeur as part of our dynamic team based in Florence.

How will you contribute

• Support the Grand Vendeur with implementation of VIC activities on worldwide level

• Building and strengthening relationships with existing customers, understanding their individual needs according to their customer profile under direction of the Store Manager and Grand Vendeur

• Work closely with different corporate teams to select the right client profiles for local and global client activations in-store and off-site

• Support customer portfolio development, helping to maximize customer satisfaction and customer retention

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers, exceeding their needs, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Jewellery Products

• Manage all the back offices, house operations and processes connected to the Clienteling activities (including cash operations, invoices, receipts ecc.)

Who you are

• Proven experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxury

• Good knowledge of reporting tools and analytics

• Entrepreneurial, innovative and proactive approach

• Good communication skills, ability to work in team, problem solving and proactivity

• Detail oriented, good project and time management skills

• Fluent in English and Italian; Knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated
