Your opportunity 

The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking for a Health & Safety Specialist, being based at our office in Florence, Italy.

How you will contribute 

• Manage and oversee Health & Safety activities, including risk assessments, contractor training, and compliance with regulations, for the whole brand and for all its sites in Italy.
• Take in charge the role of Company RSPP with all related duties and responsibilities.
• Analyze incidents and implement improvement measures.
• Organize training sessions, medical checks, and evacuation tests.
• Collaborate on certifications and audits (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, UNI Pdr 125).
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Lead the Incident Investigation Process and support communication with company functions.
• Manage Health & Safety documentation and archives.
• Perform internal audits and update HSE documentation as required by law.
• Relate with referential Public Authorities.

Who you are 

• Graduate in Workplace Safety and Prevention Technician or related studies.
• A significant experience in a similar role.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in Health and Safety issues with a problem-solving approach, aimed at analysing all aspects related to the production site.
• Basic knowledge of Risk Assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Available to frequent travels to assure a suitable presence in our sites.
