    Your opportunity 

    The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking for a new HRBP, being based at our head office in Milan, Italy, and reporting to the Company General Manager.

    How you will contribute 

    • Ensure the implementation of people management processes by working closely with managers to achieve business and organizational targets.
    • Lead the Organizational Design & Effectiveness process, supporting growth, change, and team performance targets for the whole brand.
    • Lead the Performance and Talent Management process in close collaboration with dedicated managers to support employee growth and career development.
    • Support employee life cycle processes.
    • Assist the Manager in identifying current and future people needs to define appropriate people plans and solutions.
    • Foster a collaborative environment and promote open and constructive communication with employees.
    • Ensure talent acquisition performance is on time and within budget to support the organization's mid and long-term development.
    • Implement Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting, and Reporting processes.
    • Support HR administrative processes in collaboration with external consultant.

    • Fluent in Italian and English.
    • Available to transfers and travels.
