BOTTEGA VENETA Stock Associate

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an organised, attentive and team orientated Stock Associate to contribute to our team in our brand new flagship, Sydney Castlereagh Street boutique. This challenging role requires an individual with an exceptional eye for detail and great communication skills, who can manage multiple competing priorities.

How will you contribute:

• Maximising efficiency amongst stock management, and having a thorough knowledge of stock-on-hand
• Verifying quantities of stock received match manifest documents
• Unpacking and managing stock; coming up with innovative and smart storage solutions for expensive and high quality product
• Actively increase boutique shrinkage by investigating discrepancies and reporting observations
• Conducting weekly store-to-store transfer reconsolidation
• Managing price tags including price change events, and ordering to replace damaged tags or SKU-less items
• Coordinate the store stock take as required
• Proactively training team on security awareness for stock
• Perform adhoc requests by management

Who are you:

• Prior experience in a stock management role within the luxury or retail industry
• Experience in coordinating stock take and regular cycle counts
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• The ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Highly motivated and flexible individual
• Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
• Monday to Friday working days usually (flexibility to work on weekend if and when required)
