Job Family Description -Real Estate:
Supports the Group and partners with Brands in the Retail and Corporate real estate development planning and its execution across the regions. Oversees evaluation, selection and negotiation of commercial terms for all kind of assets Reporting to Head of Real estate MEA, the Intern will be responsible for conducting market study and analysis to assist the Head in building strategies. The intern will also support in all documentation and administrative activities such as compile and filing of real estate transaction and lease files. The real estate intern will be part of the Real Estate department based at Kering’s MEA Corporate Headquarters in Dubai, UAE.
- Conduct research to contribute to competitor and new market analysis to assist in strategy development.
- Collect, analyze, and benchmark rents compared to fair market value, and occupancy costs overall.
- Review leases and abstracts of key business terms.
- Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
- Compile and manage Real Estate transaction and lease files.
- Support the due diligence process including financial modeling and market research.
- Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators that may impact portfolio performance
