Job Family Group Description - Human Resources:
Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives.
Job Family Description -HR Business Partner:
Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.
- Recruitment. Providing support in the full process of talent acquisition from drafting the advertisement, screening the candidates, liaising with hiring manager, to preparing Letter of appointment.
- Staff on-boarding. Prepare and ensure all necessary documentations, system access, email account, operational equipment & workstations are ready prior to new joiner work commencement date. Conduct new hire orientation. Create personnel file and ensure completeness of all required documentations.
- Staff movements. Monitor confirmation dates for new hires and expiry dates for work pass holders. Prepare various HR/employment related letters. Conduct Exit Interviews with leavers. Add or terminate insurance coverage whenever there are movements.
- Policies. Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Oversight to Payroll & Benefits Management. Coordinate with HR Shared Services to ensure monthly payroll, time & attendance, e-Leave, reports, government claims, statutory deductions & submissions, etc are done timely and accurately. Attend to various surveys.
- Compensation Management activities. Assist in developing & updating job description & market pricing activities, salary reviews, Variable Pay (Sales Incentive & Annual Bonus).
- Budget Exercise. Manage and be accountable for the entire budget process for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Support Talent Development Needs. Support and drive Talent Reviews, Performance Management, Training & Development, etc. Coordinate and source for relevant training programs and administer the training and grants applications. Track monthly training activities and update into TM1 system.
- Employee Engagement. Drive and sustain activities and maintain effective employee relations by organizing staff bonding activities such as annual staff dinner, teambuilding, festive celebrations, etc.
- Support general daily office administration as and when needed.
Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
