    We are currently seeking an HR Manager  who will report directly to Head of Korea , and dotted-line to the APAC HR Director as part of our dynamic team in APAC.

    Your Opportunity


    You will provide HR partnership to the business with reference to the full spectrum of HR processes, including talent acquisition, retention and development, staff engagement, employee relations, etc. in order to contribute to the achievement of business targets and the fulfillment of the company vision. You will work closely to the local share service centre team to fulfill requirements related to Human Resources but also to ensure full legal compliance of our processes.

    Coverage: Korea Office and other HR task / HR modules assigned by manager

    How you will contribute :

    • Guarantee the co-definition and the implementation of the HR strategy, in alignment with the management of the company and with business and organizational goals.
    • Managing full spectrum of HR processes and activities (Recruiting, Compensation & Rewards, Budget & Fcst, Team effectiveness) by working closely with the country heads and functional leaders, in order to guarantee business and organizational targets.
    • Support the business and functional departments in managing HR agencies and contingent workers (including sales ladies) to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and cost efficiency.
    • Developing trusted partnerships with internal stahìkeholders and supporting them achieving their goals.
    • Ensure that talent acquisition strategies are effectively deployed, attracting, and retaining talent, and supporting long-term organizational growth.
    • Drive Organizational Design & Effectiveness initiatives, optimizing structure, and business transformation, ensuring proper implementation of all relevant people management processes.
    • Lead the Performance and Talent Management processes, to develop employees’ skills, engagement, and career growth.
    • Guarantee the implementation of the Compensation & Benefits processes, the Personnel Budgeting and People Analytics processes, in alignment with the management of the company and with Group guidelines, ensuring competitiveness and sustainability.
    • Supporting the implementation of the Budgeting and Reporting processes, in line with Group and Company guidelines.
    • Ensure the implementation of Employee & Industrial Relations processes, in collaboration with internal and external partners, promoting a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
    • Ensure full compliance and operational effectiveness of the HR Admin & Operations processes, supported by the local Kering SSC and by external advisors when needed.
    • Ensure the successful execution of cross-functional HR projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Guaranteeing talent acquisition performance (in terms of size, skills, leadership and engagement), in line with the Hiring plan KPIs (timing, costs, etc), in order to sustain the mid- and long-term development of the organization.
    • Supporting the roll-out of the Talent Management process, following the guidelines from the HQ and the Group, in order to support people growth and careers.
    • Working closely with the direct manager and the rest of the HR community on Training activities as well as engagement initiatives and I&D projects.
    • Nurturing the development of a sustainable, diversified, imaginative and empowered environment.
    • Work with SSC and Kering Legal on potential labour issues to ensure full legal compliance with minimal impact on the employer branding.

    PROFILE

    • Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above
    • At least 5 years solid HR experience among which min. 3 years of HRBP experience preferably in the Retail / Cosmetics / FMCG industries.
    • Sound HR Generalist skills especially in Recruitment and Employee Relations, good understanding of labor law & regulations.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
    • Demonstrated personal credibility.
    • Proactive in addressing operational issues and taking timely actions to address them.
    • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Able to build constructive and effective relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Mature, professional, and able to deliver a service of excellence to the employees.

    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    • Attention to details, efficient.
    • Digital Savvy
    • Fluent in both oral and written in local language and English
    • Proficient in MS Office functionalities
    • Knowledge of HR information systems especially Workday
